Wealth Client Services Executive

Job Description

Duties include:
Deliver expert transactional banking service to clients using multi-channel communications options including telephone, email, letter and fax
Provide a named point of contact service demonstrating ownership of all client queries for all the client short term banking requirements
Accurately identify all clients, adhering to policy and Customer Due Diligence regulations
Deal with multi channel, multi currency requests and proactively manage departmental targets
Deal with customer complaints, adhering to the complaints and escalation procedures and maintaining accuracy and quality levels at all times in order to facilitate client satisfaction and avoid sundry losses
Promote the banking proposition to new clients and service simple credit lines

Skills and experience required:
Proven expert knowledge of domestic banking as well as broad experience of delivering an excellent level of service to clients
Experience in working with high net worth clients via remote delivery channels
A good understanding of domestic client banking propositions and knowledge of internal and external legislation, including Data Protection, Money Laundering, Complaint Handling and Customer Due Diligence
Strong academic background to include standard Grade or above (or equivalent) in both Mathematics and English Language
Strong level of computer literacy and have proficient keyboard skills as these are both essential skills for this role
