Vietnamese VIP Executive

Job Description

Duties include:
Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to offer products. Explain the products to those potential customers and guide them to register and deposit
Identify VIP customers and manage their registration process
Proactively make outbound calls to non-deposit customers and reactivate inactive customers
Communicate with existing customers to attract them to register and deposit. Record customer feedback, follow up closely on initial interactions, tracking best potential customers, keep contact with them until conversion successful
Escalate complex customer request/feedback during customer communication and submit to Marketing team to review
Work with sales manager to implement the projects and sales plans, use resources to achieve sales targets

Skills and experience required:
Professional knowledge, relevant online gaming industry background, resources, or outstanding sales performance is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telesales skills
Willingness to become an elite sales in industry
