Our Trainee Resourcer will enter Hamblin via our training programme set-up to nurture and develop new entrants. Whilst you work your way through the training programme you will support existing Consultants on live work. You will be finding the best talent on the market to service our clients. Over time you’ll learn more about the business and progress accordingly to take your career in recruitment to the next stage. This position would suit a competitive and resilient individual who wants to learn more about the industry from a highly experienced team within a supportive environment.
No two days will be the same. You’ll always be on the go. And, you’ll have a lot of fun doing it.
What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Resourcer:
Interacting with potential job seekers both on the telephone and face to face
Searching through job boards to identify suitable applicants
Researching companies to select specific individuals for niche requirements
Using the in-house CRM system to keep track of interview and progress with client requirements
Finding leads for new business
