Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

Our Client, a large egaming client, is looking for an IT Technical Support Engineer.

The role will be to support their team of traders providing and assisting with their IT needs and requirements. Individuals must be willing to work on a 7 day rota. Spilt shifts 09:00 – 17:30 and 14:00 – 22:30

Duties include:
Installing and configuring hardware operating systems and applications
Maintaining systems and networks
Dealing with staff or client IT issues
Providing on site IT support and a range of other IT Support tasks
Review and improve processes on ongoing basis

This role would suit someone who has recently completed a relevant IT qualification or someone who has 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
