Tax Administrator

Job Description

The primary function of this role is to ensure the delivery of quality accurate and progressive service. This will primarily involve preparation of UK personal tax returns.

Key responsibilities:
Preparation of UK Personal Tax Returns
Preparation of Statements of Income
Ensure Due Diligence is carried out on all client, collation of clients KYC
Raising invoices and monitoring payment, including credit control
Ensure calls are answered in line with set SLA’s with a professional manner at all times
Communication with clients, HMRC and third parties. This can include anything from general updates, chasing information, advising on tax liabilities and providing technical advice

Role Requirements:
Previous experience in a tax role (is an advantage)
A professional and committed approach to work
Excellent level of attention to detail is essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision, able to meet deadlines
Able to work as part of team and independently
Good level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook) experience is essential
