As a diverse, pro-active, evolving and service driven company we endeavour to adapt to ever changing market conditions and this is why we are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Superstar who has a strong understanding of the multi industry sectors available on the Island as well as an extremely strong grasp of the use of a variety of Social Media and Recruitment based IT platforms available.

The successful candidate will be a dedicated professional with a proven track record of developed sales and helping businesses increase their revenue.

Because of our company growth and changes in market, we need a sales professional who can usher us into the next phase of our development and ensure that we continually meet the requirements of our business and the needs of the Island.

Utilising a varied range of medias, you are expected to be, or become an expert within a variety of sectors enabling you to liaise credibly with clients and candidates about role specifics and make competent hiring judgments. We appreciate it takes time for you to become an expert, and we invest in this. You will work on a variety of roles making each day a completely different challenge.
