Servicing Team Associate

Job Description

Duties include:
Administration of Full Encashments/Death Claims
Setting up of Regular Withdrawal
Administration of payment related policy queries, including updates and general enquiries from Advisers and clients
Noting of assignments, trusts, nominations and other policy amendments
Performing fund switches to strict deadlines and corrections, where needed
Interaction with regional Specialists and Sales force
Vetting and onboarding of all New Business applications and Top Ups
Administration of New Business related policy queries, including updates and general enquiries from Advisers and clients
Responsible for the accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks in the relevant area
Liaise with relevant parties via telephone, letter or email and provide information as requested internally and externally
Ensure pended work is reviewed, chased and closed within expected timescales
Proactive, solutions based approach to understanding issues which arise, and then able to implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
Complete all tasks in line with group values, service standards, procedures, compliance guidelines, industry regulations and within cost and efficiency parameters
Drive a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement in line with companywide/local TCF initiatives

Skills and experience required:
4 GCSE’s Grade C to include Maths and English and/or NVQ Level 1 – or equivalent
Good attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
Ability to work to tight deadlines
PC literate, in particular MS Office Products
Previous Life office experience beneficial
