Senior Trust & Company Administrator

Job Description

Duties include:
Responsible for a portfolio of trusts and companies
Ensure all trustee responsibilities are complied with
Ensure adherence to all filing requirements
Administration including book-keeping and minutes
Liaising with clients and intermediaries to develop relationships in order to facilitate the development of the business and the achievement of business goals
Conducting annual reviews to meet with regulatory requirements
Liaising with accountants and tax advisors to ensure compliance
Completing time recording on a daily basis
Ensure anti money laundering and customer identification programme is maintained
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
Yacht and Aircraft Registering

Skills and experience required:
Minimum of five years’ experience in a Fiduciary role either with or working towards an ICSA or STEP Diploma
Conscientious, self- motivated and a team player
Effective written and verbal communication
Flexible and keen to progress and self-develop
Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
A good knowledge of relevant legislation, regulation and best practice as applied to the industry
