Senior Trust and Company Administrator

Job Description

Duties include:
· Provide effective operational and administrative support to the directors
· Manage a portfolio of clients, including trusts, companies and partnership entities
· Respond to and follow up on potential business enquiries by post, telephone and personal visits, where required
· Ensure all trustee responsibilities as set out in the trust deeds, are complied with, and fulfilled
· Ensure adherence to all filing requirements including taxation, financial and regulatory requirements
· Develop, maintain and update customer relationship management tools to ensure effective communication and service delivery is achieved
· Communicate with clients and develop sustainable relationships using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of the business and the achievement of business goals
· Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, competencies and skills to support the development of the business
· Monitor and report on tax compliance for the trust and company portfolio
· Ensure anti-money laundering and customer identification programme is adhered to and maintained
· Openly report on client and business risk matters and actively engage with the directors in risk mitigation/reduction/management actions
· Ensure clear financial records are maintained for a portfolio of clients and that debtors are properly managed in order to avoid bad debts and provisions.
· Carry out such additional duties from time to time as requested
