Job Description

Duties include:
Undertake all aspects of the day to day administration of client entities: monitoring client investment portfolio performance, and where assets are owned ensuring legal obligations are met
Reviewing client due diligence and monitoring client activity
Bookkeeping, filing, paying client expenses, statutory compliance, preparation of standard letters, vouchers and invoicing, maintaining client records on bespoke database
Assist with preparation and filing of statutory forms
Provide assistance to the team manager and colleagues in the administration of portfolios for HNW clients
Processing new business documentation

Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience of offshore Trust and Company administration
Hold relevant CSP qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to produce quality work to sometimes strict deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative
A strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
