Senior Manager – Finance

Job Description

Duties include:
Key support to Group Finance Director to support the day to day finance activities of global finance team. Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and understanding the qualitative story behind the numbers
Consolidate the Group’s monthly results for all worldwide subsidiaries and prepare Group reporting pack for Board
Support in the preparation of statutory accounts for the Holding Company and other subsidiary accounts (annual process)
Support the annual audit process
Lead on the quarterly forecasting and planning process
Provide cash management support to Group FD
Ensure that working capital policies achieve the desired access and flexibility at company, regional, and country levels
Present monthly and quarterly analysis to key stakeholders (Group Board, Investors and Banking Community)
Monitor and evaluate financial systems, driving change to improve quality of business MI
Support in the integration of new acquisitions onto the core platform

Skills and experience required:
ACA/ACCA Qualified
At least five year’s PQE
Good knowledge of IFRS
Strong systems knowledge and experience of driving change
Experience of leading budgeting/forecasting processes
Strong communication skills, ability to present the story both qualitatively and quantitatively
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel

Desirable:
Business understanding achieved from the involvement in a similar, previous role
Knowledge of Microsoft NAV
