Senior Manager – Client Services

Job Description

Duties include:
• Acts as Relationship Lead for a portfolio of clients, maximising revenue from these relationships and achieving client retention
• Member of the Senior Management Team and responsible for the management of various asset classes
• Assumes day to day responsibility for all matters arising in relation to these areas thus freeing capacity for the Client Services Director to focus on key strategic objectives of the business
• Acts in a Directorial capacity for client companies
• Provides technical advice to clients and staff in complex matters, whilst making use of the internal expertise from in-house tax, compliance and legal teams etc
• Undertakes marketing meetings with potential clients and intermediaries
• Contributes to the development of the business and its profitability both by maximising revenue from existing clients and seeking to win new business/clients
• Participates in the development of new products
• Manages all aspects of staff management for their line reports
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
