At the heart of our clients Information Systems team, this challenging role will provide the opportunity to drive continuous ERP improvements across the group whilst striving to maximise the benefits of IS reporting.
This will involve playing a leading part in new implementations at companies around the world, understanding the business process, cultural differences and local requirements for each country, and implementing a strategy to ensure that information is appropriately shared across the group. The role will also support the rest of the team in development and technical projects including specifying and developing web based tools for users.
The successful applicant will be a highly experienced practitioner in ERP systems across the full project lifecycle (from blueprint to go-live) and able to grasp complex business requirements quickly. Needless to say, you will be capable of using your initiative to the full, and you will be an exceptional relationship builder and strategic thinker.
Finally, you will be happy to travel extensively to their overseas offices and will bring the confidence to challenge existing processes and practices, whilst driving continuous improvement and securing buy-in for your ideas and initiatives.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with ERP systems, SQL (preferably Oracle) and IIS configurations
Proven experience of using various programing languages
Experience of Oracle 11g / SQLPlus
Relevant degree-level education
Confident high-level IT skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
