Our Client is currently seeking a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, sales-savvy expert who can focus their ambition to shape and develop the sales team to fulfil their potential, drive sales and smash targets.

Skills and experience required:
A proven track record of years managing a high performing sales team and ideally educated to degree level
Ability to engage and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results with a naturally inherent ability to understand each individual’s character and motivations aligning them to business objectives
Strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships across functions and across the organisation
Ability to interpret and act on complex sets of financial/statistical data with strong business and commercial acumen
Build and maintain loyalty and trust within the sales team
Proven leadership qualities

Heightened sense of urgency
Actively demonstrates a passion for the business
