Sales Administrator

Job Description

We have a 5 week temporary opportunity for a Sales Administrator with a busy business machine suppliers in Central Douglas, parking will be included, you must be available immediately and have fantastic customer service skills and a good eye for detail.

Duties include:
First point of contact for sales enquiries
Responding to sales queries, quote requests and enquiries
Handle telephone calls or acknowledge customers’ e-mails or letters on behalf of the sales team in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
Assist in fulfilling and processing orders received
Assist in raising purchase orders
Ensure invoices are raised accurately
Manage sales pricing in accordance with company guidelines
Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
Updating the company’s CRM system as required by changes to client information
Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers
Any other duties as required to maintain a safe, clean and happy office environment
