Proposition Executive – Propositions/Marketing

Job Description

Duties include:
Support the development and delivery of market leading propositions, including the creation of new literature
Undertake ongoing reviews to establish a suite of literature items that are consistent, accurate, reflect best industry practice and adhere to brand guidelines, including tone of voice
Work closely with the Business Risk team to ensure literature meets regulatory requirements
Support the marketing team in the creation of promotional material
Respond to requests for information on the business and its propositions from the distributors of its products
Maintain product data on external product comparison websites and adviser tools
Manage multiple tasks and work streams to ensure projects are completed on time and on target

Skills and experience required:
5 years’ direct marketing/propositional experience
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to meet targets and goals with accurate results
Flexible/adaptable to changing priorities
Good literacy skills
Excellent organisational skills
Able to work within a team or on own initiative
Proactive and keen to expand knowledge and take on new tasks
Proven track record in undertaking marketing duties and responsibilities
Degree/formal qualification in a marketing or business management related subject
