Project Manager

Job Description

Duties include:
Estimate project levels of effort and resource requirements by using standard estimating techniques and tools, and by working with appropriate staff to understand scope, potential budget and likely commercial impact
Prepare project plans, budgets and objectives by using a range of project management tools
Manage project priority schedule according to business and regulatory requirements
Acts as a pivot between the product, development, and marketing teams and the go-contact for project updates and benchmarks
Directs project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans
Communicates project status by preparing standard status reports, and by participating and leading the project status update meetings among department heads and senior stakeholders
Track and report on metrics of delivered projects, including financial performance, against set objectives
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project issues by working with all relevant parties
Participates in external project management organisations, conferences and seminars where relevant to maintain industry best practice
Implement a professional development plan with a focus on project management

Skills and experience required:
3 years + experience in Project Management, preferably in Information Technology or E-Gaming
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is desirable, or a combination of relevant education and experience that provide the required level of knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the functions of the job requirements
Project management certification (PMP) or successful completion of a recognised project management curriculum
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent data analysis and manipulation skills for the creation and packaging of reports for management
Experience managing multiple projects and tasks at the same time
Solid analytical and facilitation skills
Effective communication skills to ensure that all parties are kept fully aware of all activities and nothing is overlooked
