Product Operations Manager

Job Description

Duties include:
Act as the primary point of operational contact in relation to assigned portfolio for Product Development Managers and all other areas including Customer Experience, Service Delivery and Management etc
Assist in the resolution and problem solving of specific operational and delivery issues
Develop and manage financial models, product pricing tools and/or systems to provide insight into the total cost of product delivery
Analyse data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement between Product and Operations/Service Delivery teams
Conduct product and market analysis underpinned by data and performance metrics
Provide product technical product support and direction as required
Manage the implementation of new products
Report on the performance of various products and highlight areas of risk and opportunity
Drive reductions in operating costs and improvements in quality and product margin

Skills and experience required:
Minimum 2 years previous telecoms/IT product support or product analyst experience
Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point applications and have experience of using multiple computer systems
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with attention to detail data analysis and data interpretation
Good business acumen to understand the context and processes for product delivery
Motivated self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
