Product Manager, Monetization – Bulgaria

Job Description

Duties include:
Drive product requirements, promotions/sales and feature roadmaps from concept through delivery; write clear and concise specs for new content, features and systems
Create tuning scenarios for the in-game economy that optimise for an amazing player experience, player retention and monetization
Design sales, optimise ads placement/frequency based on data to drive revenue. Operate sales on CMS system to drive game monetization
Analyse game metrics (acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, virality) and proactively identify and implement optimisations to player experience towards maximising LTV
Collaborate extensively with feature planning and optimisation: define testing protocol, set up and execute multivariate tests, establish benchmarks internally and externally, measure performance and provide actionable recommendations to Product Owner and Design team

Skills and experience required:
Passion for creating innovative, fun and compelling games; passion for poker genre in particular
Experience designing and tuning a free to play economy
Excellent data analysis skills required, experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Strong experience in quantitative analysis, including the ability to model game parameters in Excel
Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
3-5 years of experience at a top mobile / social games company or leading consumer web company
Prior experience with agile development methodologies is preferred
Strong familiarity with iOS and Android markets, trends and best practices
Ability to look beyond the data and holistically assess situations
Performance-driven self-starter and team player with outstanding written and oral communication skills
MBA preferred
