Payments Manager

Job Description

This is a 6 month contract.

Duties include:
Be the day to day contact for all relevant stakeholders that require assistance and work with a number of payment partners in connection with ongoing business
Work independently to carry out regular partner business review meetings and have ownership of implementing these agreed actions
Carry out regular assessments of business risk, corporate due diligence and service levels with all relevant partners to ensure they perform to the contractually agreed requirements
Monitoring of service levels with all stakeholders to ensure they perform to expectations
The ability to negotiate payment and service provider’s contracts is a requirement

Skills and experience required:
Have extensive experience with the online payments processing industry with a strong business acumen
Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects is important
Have outstanding analytical and attention to detail skills and take a proactive, results oriented approach to your work
A need to work independently with excellent relationship management skills is a must, as is having an excellent understanding of the state of payment processing within different global regions and knowledge of current industry trends
Excellent communication skills, as this role requires you to discuss with stakeholders at various levels, as well as the ability to travel as required
An understanding of the online gaming industry and its regulatory environment is desirable
