We are seeking a Part time Administrator to assist in our clients very busy office to commence asap, the hours will be 10am – 2pm Monday to Thursday or 10.30am – 2.30pm Monday to Thursday, this position is expected to last until the end of 2019.
Our client is a supplier of Catering, Glassware, Bar and Janitorial Supplies based just outside of Douglas therefore you will need transportation.
Duties will include:
* Taking calls and orders
* Sending out correspondence, sending out emails
* Dealing with customers on a face to face basis
* Various ad hoc duties
You will need to have previous experience of Sage 50 accounts system and have a a good knowledge of Excel.
