PA/Executive Assistant

Job Description

Duties include:
Managing the diary
Liaising with various heads of business and other PAs around the Group
Assist with various tasks passed to them
Monitoring emails and filing them
Managing the extensive to do list and assisting where possible
Occasional (a few hours or the odd day) helping at their home office, assisting with administration

Skills and experience required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Some accounting, bookkeeping, expenses experience would be beneficial
