Operations Strategy Delivery Manager

Job Description

This is a 6 month contract.

Duties include:
Responsible for the successful implementation and handover to Business As Usual of designated projects
Creating the project and business implementation plan for small to medium complexity changes
Gaining signing off from the assigned Accountable Executive for the piece of work
Responsible for the overall lifecycle of the project including creating project team, stage gate sign off’s, Ideation, Mobilisation and Delivery and ensuring appropriate training, communications and business change materials
Provide regular updates to the Team and agreed Business Forums covering project updates, highlighting any key risks and issues which requires support

Skills and experience required:
First class academic track record with preferable industry wide accepted Change Qualifications (e.g. PRINCE 2, LEAN, AGILE)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, high levels of numeracy, and an analytical mindset will be a given
Have in-depth knowledge of change, and have a proven track record in change acceptance and or quality management with embedded governance
