Operations Administrator- Scanning

Job Description

This is a temporary contract until the end of December.

Duties include:
Accurately categorise, prepare, scan and index documents in order to ensure that they are available for scanning within the agreed time scales
Carry out any subsequent amendments to the indexing and categorisation of documents that may be required
Maintain records to enable scanned documents to be retrieved from archive
Locate and re-scan original documents as may be required
Carry out simple and routine maintenance on scanning equipment to ensure clear reproduction of original documents
Ensure queues are monitored regularly to ensure minimal non indexed items
Carry out Document Splits, Document Deletions and maintain records for analysis and reporting
