Operations Administrator – New Business

Job Description

Duties include:
Responsible for ensuring all daily controls are completed and all deadlines are understood and met
Process New Business post items within departmental service levels
Responsible for the cheque banking process within the area
Process applications using procedures
Ensure all Anti-Money Laundering is processed using a solutions focused approach within regulatory guidelines
Produce and despatch cancellation notices under £150k in line with ICOFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting)
Ensuring reports are signed and counter-signed on a daily basis
Identify and record exceptions for New Business
Ensure procedures are used daily and are maintained
Recognise a dissatisfaction or complaint and escalate accordingly

Previous experience is required.
