On-Boarding Executive

Job Description

Duties include:
Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from clients
Processing applications for new applicants onto the Company structure
Responsible for on-boarding with new clients including ensuring that all necessary KYC documentation is received
Taking ownership of a query from beginning to end to fulfill client expectation
Working as part of a team to ensure that any statutory and regulatory deadlines are met
Chasing all applicants for missing KYC on a regular basis
Dealing with agencies and contractors primarily by telephone to deal with queries and solve any problems that may arise
Performing administrative tasks as required

Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
Aptitude to work without direct supervision
Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multi task
Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Internet, databases
