Merchandiser

Job Description

Duties include:
Ensuring Product and Service displays and the ambiance of the Shop are conducive to stimulating Customer interest
Ensuring Product and Services inventory levels are replenished in accordance with requirements
Being responsible for commercial decisions and subsequent expenditure
Providing timely operational communications with the internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring that Customer Product and Service contractual requirements and promises can be sustainably fulfilled
Lead the creation and implementation of attractive displays, and make sure that products and services are prominently and accurately displayed
Reviewing and analysing the customer experiences and acquisitions for continuous improvement
Developing an agreed Merchandising Strategic Performance Plan with stakeholders that is in accordance with all requirements
Provide inspirational and trusted Leadership
