Marketing And Business Development Executive

Job Description

Duties include:
· Work with BD Director and local management team to create and implement jurisdictional BD and marketing plans and budgets
· Monitor BD effectiveness, measure ROI
· Prepare for and chair monthly jurisdictional BD meetings including pipeline, revenues and key client programme information
· Oversee pipeline sales including at risk, referrals etc.
· Develop and implement service line marketing plans
· Conduct research and analyse information on target and key clients, target markets and developments for the jurisdictional office and globally as required
· Implement key client/client review programmes including tiering
· Support and advise on launch and promotion of new markets and products
· Work to build the brand in jurisdictions using PR, digital, print etc.
· Work to identify and co-ordinate attendance and sponsorship of industry events, maintain jurisdictional BD events calendar
· Target industry bodies to partner with to build awareness
· Implement key client/client review programmes including tiering
· Support the preparation of proposals and pitches where appropriate
· Manage service line marketing collateral
· Support and positively promote the use of the CRM System to further BD initiatives

Skills and experience required:
· A marketing or business degree and/or a professional marketing qualification
· At least three years’ experience, with at least two years’ business development experience in a professional services environment
· Outstanding written skills
· Excellent organisational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· The ability to demonstrate creativity, initiative and to work both independently and as part of a team
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
· Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
