IT Infrastructure – 2-3 Line Support

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include the day to day running of the network infrastructure for the Group and to also provide 2nd/3rd line support to end users of the IT core systems. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of networking essentials, also previous experience in a 3rd line support role with excellent service skills.
