International Payroll Administrator

Job Description

Duties include:
Facilitate the International Payrolls in conjunction with other relevant payroll bureaus
Ensure that the correct contributions of Social Security; Tax; Retirement Fund; Pension; Severance Indemnity; Unemployment Funds are paid to the appropriate bodies accurately and within the specified time frames
Ensure that the figures are reported to all relevant governmental bodies within the specified time frames and to be aware of the implications/penalties of missing statutory payments and returns
Prepare/assist in preparation of the year end returns with the relevant jurisdictional payroll bureau
Perform monthly payroll routine including specifically prepare and send monthly payslips; arrange payments; keep employees records up to date; keep payroll records up to date; answer any queries which clients may have; maintain employee bank details
Set up priority/ACH/faster and SEPA payments against the payroll checklist in accordance with the procedures and timescale provided by the clients

Previous office experience is required.
