Job Description

Duties include:
Work alongside the Chief Executive Officer to create, set and implement a successful business/marketing plan to grow revenues, footprint and customer loyalty
Ideation, plan, co-ordinate and analyse all campaigns across all products
Champion the external marketing and acquisition of new customers for brands in Asia
Develop and execute business development strategies
Analyse existing company business models and recommend updates based on the changing needs of the company and industry
Analyse the brand’s current position and optimise the casino offering in the region by forming relationships with local providers and payments solutions
Manage the CRM team in regards to the execution of marketing plan and monitor activity
Coordinate with the product division to ensure all product types are reflective of local market, culture and topicality
Ensure best customer experience is offered across all communication channels
Provide the strategic direction to a 3rd party design and creative agency, ensuring that the in-house and 3rd party teams deliver against shared goals and programs
Develop alongside the CEO short term and long term strategic and tactical plans to meet company’s commercial objectives and therefore develop an overall strategic plan
Management of CRM, VIP, Affiliates and Marketing Departments
Working alongside the Chief Executive Officer and Product Manager to create and deliver a solid Marketing strategy for retail outlets in the UK
Commercial and Budgetary responsibility
Ensure focus is directed to ‘on strategy’ and strong revenue generating opportunities

Skills and experience required:
Sound digital marketing and communications experience focused on the B2C online gambling sector and must include Asian operators
Experience of operating in a wide range of markets
Experience in managing teams
Project Management skills
Experience in managing 3rd party resources
Clear communication and presentation skills
Solid analytical and numerical skills, including use of BI tools
