Job Description

Our client is seeking a Head of Compliance to ensure that the team runs smoothly on a day to day basis.

The role will involve overseeing the entire Compliance function. You will prepare reports for the board, set budgets for the team, deal with procurement, continual review and amendments of policies, implementation and roll out new policies & procedures, together with work around commercial contract negotiations, contract writing and amendments. You will also be the first point of contact for any complaints.

You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, be able to build relationships with all teams. You will be used to implementing and rolling out new practices and policies in a way that is friendly, yet effective. Naturally you will be highly organised with great management skills to get the very best out of your team. You will keep yourself up to date on any relevant changes in compliance and the law and will identify training needs for yourself and the team.
