Finance And Accounts Manager

Job Description

Duties include:

Prepare monthly financial statements and quarterly reports, including the consolidation and management of the balance sheet

Prepare budget forecasts

Assist with preparing VAT returns

Manage the month-end closing and the balance sheet reconciliation process

Prepare financial statements and disclosures for external reporting

Draft and implement financial and accounting policies, and internal standard operating procedures

Liaise with external auditors to manage the annual audit

Assist with preparing and reviewing annual income tax returns

Provide financial and accounting advice to support a variety of business projects on an ad-hoc basis

Skills & experience required:

Minimum five (5) years experience in an Finance Management based role (egaming sector experience would be considered desirable)

Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and processes; ACCA, ACA or similar qualification would be desirable

Advanced MS Excel and financial software skills

Have the ability to understand a multi-cultural business model and group financial reporting

Strong technical, analytical and critical thinking skills

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Project management experience

Positive attitude

Able to prioritise deadlines and multi-task

Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines

Enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team

Fluent in the English language (spoken and written). Mandarin language ability (spoken and written) is preferred, but not required
