Input of contact notes to the back office system both electronically via Xceptor and manually from contract notes.
Responsible for clearing exception reporting in Comms Mgt on Orion.
Reconciliation of our DFM Customers accounts on a quarterly/monthly basis.
Investigation of internal and external queries.
Liaising with custodians to ensure queries are dealt with promptly.
Deal with queries that arise during the course of the working day.
Ensure the Top 50 MFM s are reconciled within Quarter End deadlines.
Responsible for the timely completion of New Premiums and Surrenders.
Responsible for the execution of Monitored to Monitored transfers.
Monitor and review all assets held, identifying any breaches and following reporting/escalation procedures.
5 GCSE s Grade C or above including Maths and English
12 months experience in an administrative / Financial Service Industry, Life Assurance Industry or similar role.
Understanding of Discretionary Managed Accounts.
Experience in receiving and delivering assets between discretionary fund managers.
