Customer Services Administrator – German Speaking

Job Description

Duties include:
Reviewing documentation submitted for withdrawals and surrenders in line with internal and regulatory requirements
Administer policy amendments
Preparation of monthly reports
Liaising with internal and external parties by phone and in writing

Skills and experience required:
A minimum of 2 years financial services experience
Must be fluent in both written and spoken German
Excellent communication skills
A sound understanding of AML
A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
Ability to deliver against deadlines
Excellent organisational skills
To be able to operate with minimal supervision but also be an integral part of a busy and enthusiastic team
