Customer Behavioural Insights Analyst

Job Description

Duties include:

Be the analytical partner for the key stakeholders, promoting data driven decision making, strategy development and tactical delivery

Drive business-focused projects, analysing data from a range of sources, deriving conclusions and making recommendations to the business

Extracting and analysing very large, multi-dimensional data sets

Delivering analytical projects relating to our product; including payments, onboarding and cross-sell

Constantly searching for Innovative ideas and new analytical techniques

Skills and experience required:

Graduate in a relevant subject (preferably STEM or similar) or several years of experience

Analytical mind, with the ability to extract knowledge from data

Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of deadlines

Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally

Ability to see the “big picture”, evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many requests

Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
