CRM Team Leader

Job Description

A top brand Isle of Man eGaming licence holder with a rich history and excellent infrastructure is seeking a CRM Team Leader to join their growing team.

Duties include:
Working closely with the CRM Team, and in-house teams to handle assets, produce campaign creative, and provide direction on segments/targeting
Responsible on a day-to-day basis to ensure messaging and creative is produced effectively, accurately, on time and on target
Execute all CRM campaigns across all channels, products and brands
Report on ad-hoc and automated campaigns and provide insight and suggestions
Be pro-active about CRM strategy and provide suggestions and ideas
Monitor executives and ensure that team works to the best of its ability
Have absolute responsibility for the quality and performance of all campaigns
