CRM Executive

Job Description

Duties include:
Executing multi-channels CRM marketing campaigns including newsletters, SMS, push notifications
Work with the Creative teams to ensure consistency of communication and according to brand guidelines
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively
Working alongside the Business Analyst to analyse data to optimise the CRM campaigns
Engaging customers through multiple communication channels to increase satisfaction
Improve conversion rates, prevent attrition, increase loyalty and maximise customer life cycle
Support product initiatives and product/service roll outs
Proactively undertaking competitor analysis to recommend improvements
Undertaking other reasonable duties as instructed by the CRM Manager

Skills and experience required:
Experience in a CRM or marketing role
Language skills in Mandarin, Thai and/or Vietnamese is an advantage
Excellent content/writing skills
Customer focus and commitment to service excellence
Awareness of customer service operations and best practices
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Accuracy and strong attention to details
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
Proactive and results driven approach
Ability to multitask
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Previous experience within online gaming and betting an advantage
Knowledge of the Asian gaming market an advantage
