CRM Automation Manager

Job Description

Duties include:
Implement all Automated CRM targeting existing customers at various life cycle stages e.g New, Active, Churned and Dormant customers. Particular requirements include: Journey creation from conception to delivery; Multi-channel message delivery (including email, SMS, Push, web push, onsite and in-app); Cross sell and up sell; Campaign optimisation
Monitor automated journeys daily and act on information from internal reports, immediately reporting any problem areas to management
Commit to ongoing AB Testing with a view to continual campaign improvement, regularly reporting on results and progress
Work in conjunction with various acquisition teams to ensure campaign alignment
Work with and brief in-house designers to develop a range of visual assets – including images, banners, animated GIFs and videos – in the creation of striking, effective campaigns
Coordinate proofreading, editing, updating and translation of content
Implement and maintain the suite of Offers relevant to the Automated campaigns
Undertake ongoing creative reviews to maintain a suite of communications that are consistent, accurate, and reflect best practice
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the market to inform future approaches
Work with the compliance team to ensure content meets regulatory requirements
Liaising with Member Support to resolve customer queries and complaints, where required

Skills and experience required:
At least one year’s experience in a similar Marketing or CRM role within an online environment
Impeccable attention to detail, with a natural flair for data sets and an exceptional level of understanding of customer segmentation and data selection
A firm understanding of the principles of effective segmentation, including campaign duration and lead times
Experience in managing automated campaigns using email, SMS, web push, onsite messaging and more
Strong team player with the ability to hit the ground running and produce tangible results
A creative thinker, someone who thrives on new ideas and putting them into action
A motivated, meticulous, and highly-organised self-starter with an outstanding work ethic
The ability to think on your feet while managing multiple work streams and varied requests

Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
A knowledge of, and passion for, the e-gaming industry is a big plus
An understanding of gambling legislation
Experience of core CRM tools such as Adobe, Salesforce, Pardot etc
Campaign Management tool experience
Comfortable using Google Analytics, tracking links, and related software
