Corporate Administrator

Job Description

Duties include:
· Managing and maintaining Company Secretarial software
· Upkeep of corporate records for all companies and trusts
· Preparation of minutes and resolutions and other statutory documents
· Regular corporate updates to various business stakeholders
· Company secretarial/corporate governance related projects
· Payments (typically using online banking)
· Postal/delivery and general office duties in keeping with a small office

Skills and experience required:
· Strong administrative and financial services experience
· Experience in DPN or other company sec software
· Company administration experience
· Trust administration experience
· Experience of company incorporations and dissolutions
· Some bookkeeping knowledge
· Ability to manage and organise workload
· Ability to deal with a fast paced environment and tight deadlines
· Well organised and diligent approach to detail
· DPN system experience or other CO sec systems at expert level (improving systems)
· Experience in administering companies in multiple jurisdictions
