Commercial Manager

Job Description

Duties include:
Overall responsibility for the management of all suppliers both internal and external
Cost pricelist maintenance of the SIM card portfolio including the negotiation of special one-off deals
Cost pricelist maintenance of the roaming agreements including the initial negotiations and ongoing pricing review to maintain competitiveness
Manage the internal relationships to ensure delivery of services
Key relationship owner with suppliers (currently weekly calls and quarterly strategic reviews)
Manage relationships with partner carriers including pricing, process review, forecasting and ordering
Manage international agreement with submissions monthly
Approvals for all supplier invoices and working with finance to check being charged correctly
Maximise revenue from international product portfolio via pro-active management of the wholesale roaming partnerships
Identify and implement new revenue initiatives by securing deals for hardware or services from new suppliers that could be added to the existing product portfolio
Work with Sales team to help secure new usage revenues through the negotiation of bespoke one-off agreements with suppliers

Skills and experience required:
Good analytical and communication skills are essential with the ability to make strategic business decisions
Experience and knowledge of supplier agreements and processes in a Telecoms or IT environment is desirable
Preferably have relevant Industry qualifications or at least two years industry experience in a similar role
Highly motivated with the ability to manage and direct self or virtual team to consistently meet objectives
Excellent negotiation skills
