Client Services Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the board, the candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Fiduciary Services Department with a view to overseeing client management and service levels. Acting as a departmental technical resource, the candidate will be expected to provide guidance and training whilst also administering a small portfolio of complex client entities.

The successful candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience in the CSP/TSP industry and hold a relevant qualification (ICSA or STEP).
