Client Services Executive

Job Description

Duties include:
Predominantly dealing with the chasing of contractor timesheets and updating relevant records
Performing routine administrative tasks including dealing with incoming and outgoing emails, operation of standard office equipment etc
Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from clients
Performing administrative tasks as required
Ensuring that clients receive an excellent service
Assisting the other members of the administration team when needed

Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
Aptitude to work without direct supervision
Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multi task
Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Internet, databases
