Client Services Executive

Job Description

Duties include:
First point of contact for clients with queries in relation to their limited companies
Responsible for on-boarding of new clients including ensuring that all necessary KYC documentation is received
Taking ownership of a query from beginning to end to fulfil client expectation
Working as part of a team to ensure that any statutory and regulatory deadlines are met
Working with other companies within the Group in relation to mutual clients and group goals
Processing client applications
Application for Company names
Limited Company set-up including registration of Company with HMRC for taxation purposes
Set-up on Client Accounting System
Creation/sending of Invoices and Statements
General administration

Skills and experience required:
Previous experience of working within a customer facing environment, preferably within a financial institution
Quick and efficient data entry skills
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both by telephone and by email or letter
The ability to deal with a variety of queries from clients on a variety of issues
An ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook
