Casino Analyst

Job Description

Duties include:
Be the analytical partner for the marketing stakeholders, promoting data driven decision making
Delivery of advanced analytical projects within a fast moving environment
Application of data to areas such as campaign analysis, ROI, and A/B testing
Extracting and analysing very large and multi-dimensional data sets, working closely with internal units to drive insights and produce more efficient and effective CRM campaigns
Extraction and manipulation of large volumes of data

Skills and experience required:
Knowledge of the online casino industry
Degree (or equivalent) in the quantitative areas or relevant experience gained in data analytics
Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of deadlines
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
Ability to see the “big picture”, evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise among many requests
Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
Proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL / MicroStrategy (or similar)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Demonstrable experience in a similar role
Practical experience with statistical tools (SPSS, SAS, R, KNIME, other)
Experience in data mining / advanced analytics (clustering, regression, predictive models or similar)
