Business Analyst

Job Description

This is a 6 month contract.

Duties include:
Partner with the Change Manager and Programme Manager to drive the successful delivery of the work stream/project and work with the organisation and key senior stakeholders to scope and staff projects, establish governance, and define target solutions
Be responsible for creating communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders and actively manage day to day activities while ensuring delivery accountability is in place across the whole project
Work with the PMO to support initiative as necessary; creation and maintenance of detailed project plans covering all deliverables (process, people, IT, control) and dependencies while actively assessing and managing risk; removing/reducing barriers towards realising goals, ensuring mitigation actions are in place and managed
Deliver status reporting by providing visibility on status against milestones, and transparency of risks and issues and will have to coordinate direct and matrix management of internal and third party resources
Develop and implement the communications strategy while consolidating and maintaining reporting requirements and providing stakeholder management across the programme. The Change Manager will need to own both BAU and ad hoc reporting

Skills and experience required:
Excellent written and oral communication
Strong change management and stakeholder management skills and experience of control environment processes with a banking environment
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel skills and be Lean Trained/aware of Lean and Continuous Improvement essential
Experience of wealth management is preferred for this role as is the use of Agile as a methodology
