Job Description

Duties include:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service, whilst maintaining the necessary level of accuracy to ensure delivery against deadlines
Deal with all telephone and email referrals and escalations in relations to payment (inward, outward and online) and related processing
Review of sensitive Deceased Client cases, prior to execution of payments to executors, along with subsequent release of payments, in line with the Payments Matrix

Skills and experience required:
Ideally have experience within the financial services industry, preferably in Operations
Have an excellent understanding of day to day client needs across a diverse range of delivery channels
Ability to liaise effectively with colleagues in other areas of the business as well as other parts of the group
Strong negotiator with influencing skills to ensure the best service possible is provided to clients and should be capable of handling data in large quantities
A minimum of five GCSEs (including English and Mathematics)
