Asia Payments Product Executive

Job Description

A top brand Isle of Man eGaming licence holder with a rich history and excellent infrastructure is seeking an Asian Payments Product Executive to join their growing team.

Duties include:
Support Asian payments daily operation including testing, troubleshooting, reporting and monitoring. Resolve daily issues and act as point of contact for PSPs
Testing deposits and withdrawals using payment methods
Basic level of troubleshooting and investigation of technical issues
Escalate major issues and manage them until resolved with respective teams internally and with 3rd party providers
Monitor, report and investigate issues around daily success rates from each payment method
Drive healthy communication between all parties including; PSP, IT, Finance, Operations and Commercial

Skills and experience required:
Experience in Payments role within online gaming
Knowledge of standard IT
Ability to work as part of a team
Able to read, write and listen Mandarin, Cantonese is additional
Numerate with excellent analytical skills
