Job Description

Duties include:
Be the first point of contact for clients
Processing initial applications
Servicing policies from other providers or making payments
Answering queries, ensuring client requests are processed correctly
Presenting information in an easy to understand way, coming up with solutions to problems of varying complexity and making recommendations to improve operations, service and processes

Skills and experience required:
A background in a customer services/administration job and/or understanding of the financial services industry desirable
Experience/knowledge of AML, KYC/Payments/Bank transfers would be beneficial
Numerate and analytical
Great communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a good level of literacy
Confident using PCs know your way around Microsoft Office
