Job Description

This is a temporary position until the end of the year.

Duties include:
Ensure that all assigned work items logged to the administration system on a daily basis
Daily Post to be logged to the system each morning once it has been sorted by a Senior Administrator
Ensure service levels are maintained by processing the oldest items of post as a priority each day. If work items are going to go outside of service level this should be escalated to the team leader
Ensure that all work items allocated are processed each day and that you provide a work position at close of play each day
Ensure that all Review output is checked and despatched on a daily basis, and associated control reports are completed and signed off by the Team Leader
Run PC Quotes each day to create the necessary exports for Annual Increase Options and Reviews
Despatch annual premium reminder letters as necessary
Assist the Team Leader and Senior Administrators as requested

Study towards attainment of FA1 would be desirable.
